The Foundation

We started with a question, not a recipe.

MØR was founded in 2019 with one conviction: that great chocolate is the result of great relationships. With growers, with process, and with the people who eat it.

We did not set out to make chocolate that tasted like other chocolate. We set out to understand what a bean could become when nothing was taken away from it — when the only additions were time, temperature, and discipline.

The result is MØR. No excess. Pure indulgence.

Origin Transparency

We buy directly from one farm. Every product names the producer, the region, the harvest year, and the variety. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is aggregated away.

Process Integrity

We temper by hand. We cast by hand. We add nothing that is not cacao. If a batch does not meet the standard, it does not leave the atelier. There is no second-grade MØR product.

Form as Function

Our geometric moulds are not decoration. They are a statement that the form of the chocolate is an extension of its quality — precise, intentional, and without ornament.
